Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager, the KAM Ecommerce Chile will execute Stanley Black & Decker Ecommerce strategy and be responsible for growing Omnichannel in Chile. This position is based in Santiago de Chile.

Responsibilities

• Development of JBPs designed to drive aggressive sales volume growth for our online key partners.
• Manage online seasonal and promotional activity across brand by channel ensuring trading calendars and promotions are complementary and not competing with each other.
• Develop tests and analyze site metrics to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth and own the desire conversion funnel, monitor site performance, speed, traffic and conversion across all device types.
• Improve the e-commerce experience and feature sets by evaluating new payment solutions, customer communication tools, mobile solutions, merchandising tools and other enhancements.
