Annualized Salary: $85,468 – $96,140

The K–8 Indigenous Transitions Coach will provide intensive supports to Indigenous learners with the goal of transitioning into and out of elementary school. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with Indigenous students and their families by identifying barriers and solutions to student learning, engagement, and wellbeing. In addition, the candidate will collaborate with the school to engage parents, guardians, families, and communities to build trust, relationships, and facilitate communication and dialogue.
