K-12 Partnerships & Pre-College Initiatives Specialist II

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Identifies prospective school partners, assesses fit, and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop programming that supports the shared objectives of the schools and RIT

+ Coordinates and oversees all aspects of operations and logistics for assigned internal and/or external programs. Serves as the point of contact for speakers, trainers, participants, and other program stakeholders

+ Develops strategic relationships, recruits new program members, and maintains the engagement of enrolled participants. Keeps accurate and up-to-date records of student services

+ Assists with tracking, evaluating, documenting, and reporting on programs and their immediate and long-term impact

+ Creates, promotes, and implements new initiatives that expose youth to RIT and its resources, such as summer camps, and early college and career exposure experiences
