Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure all requests, incidents, and queries are properly triaged in the Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct requirements analysis to understand objectives clearly.
- Document and effectively communicate results.
- Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
- Ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as L2 Support Engineer.
- Proficient in English language (B2+ or higher).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
