Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all requests, incidents, and queries are properly triaged in the Service Management tool within agreed SLAs.
  • Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct requirements analysis to understand objectives clearly.
  • Document and effectively communicate results.
  • Collaborate with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as L2 Support Engineer.
  • Proficient in English language (B2+ or higher).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
