Junior Treasury Analyst Treasury

The Junior Treasury Analyst will work with more senior members of the treasury team to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings. You will be responsible for compiling data for arranging and maintaining the financing facilities with various financial institutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Review and assess mortgage loan applications under an asset secured model.
• Make business recommendations and take part in preparation of reporting packages to senior management.
• Have and maintain a continued awareness of local economic indicators and conditions.
• Daily monitoring of credit availability and interest rates for all loan facilities.
• Monthly reporting to multiple financial institutions, including compliance certificates, margin reporting and other items as required.
