Join our team in Madrid as a Junior Travel Coordinator. You will work closely with a Travel Designer to design, coordinate, and manage luxury travel itineraries for discerning clients.

Position Summary
Assist the Travel Designer with operations and trip requests, negotiating rates and confirming suppliers.
Process all travel reservations and services, coordinating with hotels, guides, transfer companies and other suppliers.
Work with Accounting to ensure bookings are confirmed and correctly processed.
Serve as an on‑call emergency contact on a rotation during weekdays and weekends after office hours as needed.
Conduct special projects as requested by the Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
Diplomatura/BA degree.
Experience in luxury hospitality, luxury travel, or another high‑end service environment.
