What You'll Do
Capture new business and renewal requests with quality information in the estimate file, properly analyze the incoming quote requests for new business and renewals serving as a filter to ensure the entry of quality business for the company.
Close monitoring of the renewal portfolio (feedback in the estimate file)
Follow-up and routing to after-sales service with support from staff areas: Operations, Collections, Issuance.
Internal follow-up of after-sales services and issuance of policies
Teamwork with the team leader in management at National Center.
Be an ally to increase the satisfaction of our clients.
