Key Responsibilities:
- Degree, diploma or recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Registered with, or eligible to register with, the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP).
- Minimum 5 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience within the property development or construction industry will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Stellenbosch.
