Junior Project Manager

Introduction

We are looking for a permanent full‑time Junior Project Manager to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will report to the Manager, Project Services. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.

This role is accountable for delivering projects in alignment with March’s Project Delivery processes and standards. The Jr. Project Manager oversees all aspects of project performance; including scope, schedule, cost, and quality and works closely with cross‑functional team members to ensure efficient, consistent, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate is a self‑driven, highly organized professional who can manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment while fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and open communication.
