Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating daily maintenance and construction operations
• Communicate with crews, foremen, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
• Help schedule crews, equipment, materials, and service calls
• Track project progress, deficiencies, work orders, and service requests
• Conduct site visits and assist with inspections throughout the GTA
• Assist with quotations, material orders, and project documentation
