WDK Management Inc. is looking for an part-time Junior Project Coordinator to support residential apartment turnover renovations in Bampton, Ontario. WDK Management Inc. is hiring for this role in multiple service areas. This specific posting is for candidates who can reliably work in the Brampton area. This role is an entry-level position, mainly focused on inspecting completed renovation work, identifying deficiencies, scoping vacant units before work begins, taking measurements and documentation, and helping ensure projects are completed properly and consistently. The ideal candidate has experience in renovations, property management, construction, maintenance, or project coordination. This is not a full-time site supervisor role. It is best suited for someone who can visit units as needed, document conditions clearly, and help make sure work is completed to WDK’s standards.
