Junior Planning and M&A Analyst

Consolidate and analyze financial, operational and regulatory data to build and update financial models related to new business opportunities and the company’s asset portfolio;
Develop economic and financial models to assess profitability, capital structure and investment feasibility, using valuation methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and multiples analysis;
Prepare sensitivity and scenario analyses, assessing impacts on revenue, opex, capex and the economic-financial rebalancing of concessions;
Participate in identifying, developing and analyzing new business opportunities, including evaluation of assets, projects and potential acquisitions;
Support the monitoring, organization and updating of the M&A and New Business opportunities pipeline;
Support all stages of Buy-side and Sell-side M&A processes, including interaction with internal areas and external advisors to gather, consolidate and analyze information during diligence, valuation and transactio...
