Junior IT Support Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior IT Support Analyst to provide L2 and L3 support for infrastructure within manufacturing operations.

This role involves supporting hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the deployment of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support manufacturing infrastructure, including PCs, HMIs, printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of production-related IT infrastructure.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of factory systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), SCADA, and ERP interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations.
