Position: Junior IT Operations Administrator
In this role you will enhance the end‑user experience by ensuring efficient, accurate call logging and maintaining data integrity across IT service management systems. You will identify operational needs, contribute to the planning and optimisation of workflows, processes, and systems within IT Service Operations, and help deliver a seamless, best‑in‑class service to our customers every day.
