Key responsibilities

• Lead Talent Management processes, including performance management, succession planning, learning & development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Roll out and coordinate employee engagement and organizational health surveys at the factory, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on action plans.
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies and build organizational capability.
