Junior Driver Trainer for SOUTHLAND

As Junior Driver Trainer, you will use your Class 1S or 2S experience to mentor trainees in practical driving and safety protocols. Your expertise will be essential in assessing skills, providing support, and using TrackIt for training management. Confidentiality and effective communication are necessary skills in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead classroom training sessions for new drivers
• Perform daily evaluations of driving capabilities
• Conduct on-the-road assessments for skill enhancement
• Maintain training progress records in TrackIt
• Resolve trainee questions related to Training & Development
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 2 driver’s license with “S” endorsement for 3+ years
