Junior Deal Desk Analyst – Americas

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Deal Desk Analyst to join our expanding Deal Desk Team. This role bridges Sales with cross-functional units such as Legal and Finance, accelerating deals from proposal to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Review large or non-standard deals to maximize deal value, secure approvals, and maintain alignment with compliance rules.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure quick and efficient deal processing.
• Analyze and model deal financials, including historical performance, dynamic proposals, and other value‑add insights.
• Train and support Sales on the Deal Desk process, barriers, and best practices for pricing and deal structuring.
