Key Responsibilities
- Administration of the Due Diligence program for third parties, support and training regarding it.
- Export Control program administration, support and training.
- Preparation, management and updating of the risk map of the region, by business unit and country.
- Implementation of corporate certifications in terms of compliance.
- Support for compliance with mandatory corporate training on compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in internal investigations, anti‑corruption and prevention of operations with resources of illicit origin.
- Proficiency in due diligence processes and third‑party certification.
- Ability to create and maintain a risk map.
- Strong communication skills and experience preparing compliance training.
- 2+ years of experience in export control.
- Advanced English proficiency.
