Junior Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding and providing guidance on regulatory standards and reports, especially regarding payroll-deductible loans (Crédito Consignado), insurance, Ombudsman, and Customer Relations (these areas are the role's internal clients).
• Support interactions with the Central Bank of Brazil, regulatory bodies, and card networks — preparing engagement strategies, validating evidence/compiling dossiers, following up on action plans, and preparing materials for senior management.
• Govern and monitor metrics related to the volume of advisory opinions/reports provided to internal client areas.
• Conduct compliance assessments of processes and controls across business lines, evaluating the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to the products offered.
