Responsibilities

• Manage strategic tender processes including review and assistance in scope of work preparation, develop strategies for tenders, facilitate negotiations, prepare bid evaluation documents and written recommendations. Contract formation and negotiations.
• Engage external stakeholders, including communities and supplier bases, in a constructive and professional manner.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical end users to translate operational and project needs.
• Apply innovative strategies around different contractual approaches (e.g., EPC/EPCM/self‑construct).
• Respect internal controls and procurement best practices, including HSEC considerations and fairness in bidding.
