Junior Buyer/Expeditor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Buyer/Expeditor to join our Procurement team. This role involves daily interaction with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and client representatives to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and client representatives.
• Support the development and execution of procurement and contracting plans.
• Support the procurement cycle, including preparation of RFx packages, clarifications, bid evaluations, and negotiation support.
• Assist in implementing project sourcing strategies and issuing related RFx packages.
• Apply a basic understanding of public‑sector procurement requirements and how they relate to competitive sourcing processes.
