Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve processes and the use of credit products; demonstrate curiosity and analytical ability to investigate problems, understand root causes and propose improvements to processes and products.
Support the organization of information and the translation of business needs into structured requests, assisting with prioritization and tracking of initiatives.
Contribute to organizing information, agendas, requests and follow-ups, as well as preparing materials, content and training related to the products.
Strong written communication and the ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
Support maintenance of credit products, including updating parameters, rules, guidelines and workflows.
