Junior accountant

Responsibilities Manage full finance functions including creditors, banking, fixed assets, and payroll Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and management accounts Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance Oversee balance sheet, payroll, and income statement reconciliations Support annual budgeting processes and ongoing budget control Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit requirements Manage and supervise finance staff, including performance oversight Authorise and release creditor payments in line with policies Oversee procurement and management of fixed assets Compile and distribute financial reports to stakeholders Assist in drafting and improving financial policies and procedures Handle ad‑hoc financial queries and projects as required Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong experience in full‑function accounting and bookkeepin...
