We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and queries
