Key Responsibilities

• Program Support/Finance Coordinator:
  • Validate program invoices from various service providers so that they are in alignment with existing service agreements
  • Manage client tracking spreadsheet and report on actual vs budgeted numbers
  • Prepare and record monthly accruals/reversals for outstanding vendor invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
