Role: Jr Software Asset Management Analyst

Contract duration: 4mo (very strong probability of extension or converting to a Perm F/T)

Location: Toronto downtown (can be remote for the right candidate)

Start date: ASAP (urgent requirement)

Whom we are looking for : Jr SAM or recent IT grad with a software engineering (or similar) degree who has at least 6 month of practical experience at one of the big 5 Canadian banks and has strong proficiency with excel and data entry and data analysis; Go getter with strong communication skills

Main Deliverables

• Maintain accurate software asset records in ServiceNow
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting using Excel
• Support software asset lifecycle tracking and inventory accuracy
• Ensure data integrity across software asset datasets
