Position Summary
The Property Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the residential and commercial property portfolio. Working under the direction of the property management team, this role is responsible for tenant relations, lease administration, general communication and maintenance coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a career in property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Conduct inspections, and prepare condition reports
- Facilitate lease renewals and assist with tenant onboarding
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests from submission through to completion (in Yardi)
