- Under supervision of the NPI project manager, executes and supervises the correct implementation and introduction of new products to the manufacturing floor.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain to ensure the correct integration of the resources in the execution of the plan for transfer to manufacturing.
- Creates the documents required for the manufacturing of the new products as well as the pertaining validations, according to the project requirements.
(BOM, routes, specs, work instructions) - Elaborates and organizes the deliverable documents for the project.
- Organizes and administrates activities for the project.
- Learns and supports by observing manufacturing processes to seek improvements, as assigned by the engineer or manager of the area.
