Position Summary
We are actively seeking a Jr. Associate Support Engineer, AMS (Command Center) resident in São Paulo. This entry-level role requires a willingness to learn and acquire new technical knowledge, processes, and methodologies applied on a day-to-day basis. The engineer will support technical issue resolution for internal teams and clients, monitoring performance of calls, chats, and tickets to ensure service targets are met.
