Elevate your career with Strike as a Journeyperson Ironworker at the Mount Bracey Compressor Station. Focused on steel fabrication, this role includes a rigging component in a camp setting on a 14/7 work schedule.
You will be integral to Strike's Project Group, responsible for installing, laying out, and fabricating structural steel while engaging with a culture of safety. Key tasks include reading blueprints, assembly of structural supports, and effective communication with crane operators to ensure precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut and lay out steel components accurately
• Assemble and erect pre-fabricated structures
• Signal for crane operations during steel placement
• Conduct installations with a focus on safety
• Assist welders and perform physical tasks as required
