Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and completing service and repairs on plumbing systems
- Servicing and repairing furnaces and boilers
- Repairing and replacing water heaters
- Repairing and replacing furnaces and air conditioning units
- Servicing and installing on-demand water heaters
- Performing general building maintenance
