Opportunity Description
**Position Summary**
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial air-conditioning equipment and multi-zone heating and cooling systems to ensure they are working efficiently, properly and affordably.
**Position Details**
+ Install, remove, maintain and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
+ Study customer's scope of service. Follow the preventative maintenance schedule and perform routine system maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, testing for leaks, adjusting controls and making minor repairs where needed.
+ Troubleshoot for electrical problems. Make repairs as required.
+ Document and track preventive maintenance accordingly and in compliance with EPA regulations.
+ Maintain efficient environmental conditions. Adjust system controls to recommended settings. Test system performance using special tools and test equipment.
