Journeyman Electrician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Journeyman Electrician in Edmonton, AB. Reporting to the Technical Field Services Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable to support project teams and field projects; ultimately providing exceptional client service through repair and maintenance of primary and secondary power equipment.

Accountabilities

• Repair, terminate, and troubleshoot low, medium, and high voltage power cables. Installations to include heat shrink, cold shrink and Pfisterer terminations experience is an asset but not required.
• Work safely and effectively on low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems in a variety of environments, including commercial, utilities, manufacturing, mining, pipeline and oil and gas experience is an asset but not required.
• Testing and diagnosis of cable health via DC, VLF / Tan Delta and Partial Discharge Test methods experience is an asset but not required.
