Responsibilities

• Pull wire and run cable for residential new construction projects.
• Install, bend, and cut conduit and piping according to project specifications and electrical codes.
• Perform rough-in and finishing electrical work in residential units, including terminations and device installation.
• Lead and supervise 23 apprentices on site, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Coordinate daily tasks for the crew to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain an organized, safe work area throughout the project.
• Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions as required by the job sites.
• Assist with controls and automation work related to HVAC units as needed.
