Job Description
Owns end-to-end delivery of customer journeys across channels (email, SMS, push, app, third-party), ensuring execution aligns with business priorities, platform capabilities, and governance standards in Adobe AJO.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Own cross-channel journey operations strategy and execution outcomes
2. Lead prioritization, roadmap sequencing, and capacity planning
3. Manage vendors as execution partners (not decision owners)
4. Act as primary escalation authority for delivery, quality, and risk
5. Ensure adherence to new operating model, governance, and intake standards
