As a pivotal part of UFA, the Technical Support Analyst III will report to the Sr Manager of IT Cardlock and Retail Services. This role involves collaboration across applications, tackling Cardlock-related issues, and performing software enhancements. Maintaining thorough documentation will be crucial for operational efficiency.
