As a Stage Manager, you will report directly to the Artistic Director and work closely with the General Stage Manager. This role demands exceptional precision in calling performances, assisting artists, and maintaining backstage order to ensure seamless show execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call rehearsals and performances with utmost precision
• Assist artists with quick costume changes
• Ensure backstage readiness and emergency preparedness
• Coordinate technical resources effectively
• Document and manage performance changes and records
Requirements:
• Willingness to tour internationally on a full-time basis
• Degree in Theatre or relevant professional experience
• Minimum 4 years' stage management experience
• Strong organizational and cross-cultural communication skills
