Ø Interacting with prospective clients (Individuals, Investors, retailers and property dealers) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings for making them a part of our projects.
Ø Experience in Lead generation
Ø Aggressively achieving sales target.
Ø Conducting sales calls and closing the leads.
Ø Continuous follow up with the customers and building & retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Ø Conducting market review / studies and analyzing competitor's activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
