The Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager leads day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, responsible for planning and managing data conversion tasks, leading report design and development, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.
