Web & Shopify Support Engineer

dotdigital is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Colombia to assist customers with setup and resolve technical issues requiring web development knowledge. You will troubleshoot customer problems, guide them through product configurations, and create documentation for recurring issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in web development such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with excellent communication skills to effectively assist non-technical users.
