Opportunity Description
DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES- Receives, unpacks and checks incoming materials, ensuring that goods are delivered as per specifications.
- Picks, packages, ships (domestic and international shipments), receives and distributes internal and external OL packages/materials, and processes any returned course packages.
- Process courier request forms.
- Labels and distributes goods to inventory.
- Assembles, packs and ships customer orders, processes returns.
- Acknowledges and responds to customer requests.
- Maintains filing systems.
- Performs duties of mailperson if required.
