Role: Warehouse Associate / Customer support LV

Location: Surrey, BC (ONSITE)



Job Description / Key Responsibilities:



Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems, and analyze that data.



Perform basic administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments, requiring basic customer service practices and procedures.



Assist customer service team with creating export certifications and health certificate applications compilation for outbound trucking as required.



Arrange shipping paperwork, including preparation of bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other shipping documents manually or by computer.



Maintain internal, manual, and/or computerized record-keeping systems.



Issuing, maintaining and tracking purchase orders when needed.
