Starlight Investments is seeking a Vice President, Residential Marketing to join the team leading the marketing function across Starlight’s Canadian Residential platform.This role will be responsible for defining and executing a performance-driven marketing strategy that supports leasing velocity, revenue optimization, and long-term asset value creation across the portfolio.Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications and working closely with senior leadership, the Vice President will oversee the national residential marketing strategy and cross-functional alignment with Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, and Starlight’s third-party property management firms.This is a highly visible leadership role focused on bringing greater clarity, consistency, and innovation to how marketing operates at scale across Starlight’s platform.Duties and Responsibilities
