Responsibilities

Manage the interchange of data between the server and users.

Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications:

Develop detailed programming specifications.

Write and/or generate code.

Compile data‑driven programs.

Maintain and conduct unit tests.

Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation, including technical assistance in implementation and conversion.

Facilitate IT development, design, construction, testing, promotion, and implementation of web‑based/n‑tier, cloud‑based and mainframe applications for workstreams.
