The Service Excellence organization is responsible for supporting TELUS business customers across Public and Private sectors, from mid-market to global enterprise level. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Customer Reporting & Analytics team and support the execution of systems standardization and migration initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate data transformation initiatives, including data conversion and mapping activities
- Support the development of efficient, scalable reporting solutions for Enterprise and Public sector accounts
