Technical Program Manager for Cloud & Database services

In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product management, operations, security, and cross-functional teams across Oracle and OCI to deliver cloud-native capabilities from design through GA and into sustained operations. You will lead end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional programs, including architecture alignment, multi-team planning, dependency management, and release orchestration—ensuring outcomes meet reliability, performance, security, and compliance expectations for enterprise workloads.

The work is highly complex and fast-paced, requiring independent judgment, strong technical acumen, and the ability to influence across organizations.
