Opportunity Description
The work runs on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends, dictated by the schedule of global live sport.
The live support will be operated onsite (in the client's operations center) in Toronto.
Position
This role sits within Deltatre's TechOps team, supporting the operations and configuration of the online video players and OTT video solutions delivered to high-profile clients in sport and broadcast. The team provides operational support during live sporting events — football, golf, tennis, and similar — across encoding, hosting, and player infrastructure.
You will be responsible for keeping critical services running during live broadcast windows, monitoring across hosting and encoding pipelines, and contributing to the protocols and runbooks that make the operation repeatable.
