Opportunity Description
Objective: Own end-to-end technical leadership for Amazon Connect ecosystem and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own D1 + TPSS integration with Amazon Connect
- Ensure alignment between:
- IVR / Contact flows
- APIs (Lambda / backend services)
- External systems (TPSS, D1 and downstream apps)
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for complex integration issues
Ideal Profile:
- Deep Amazon Connect + AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito) experience
- Benefit to have background knowledge on FIS D1
