Technical Instructional Developer

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Instructional Developer to expand our Training Program and make LMI Technologies the thought leader in machine vision. This role will create new technical course content for our existing training program while bringing new ideas to expand and improve it. Our ideal candidate will leverage previous experience in machine vision to develop training materials for LMI. You will report to the Training Program Manager and work collaboratively with our Training Coordinator and Videographer to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible training materials. Sitting through ambiguous, long winded training presentations is like nails on a chalkboard to you.
