Technical Implementation Specialist (Kitchener)

Primary responsibilities for a TransPlus Technical Implementation Specialist include the successful installation and configuration of our core software products for new and existing customers. Customer environment maintenance, updates to our latest releases, data migrations and general troubleshooting represent other daily responsibilities. Supporting internal teams with technical requests to satisfy customer needs is another significant aspect to the role. You will also work closely with our product & engineering team on new initiatives, infrastructure improvements and general technical tasks.
